### **Enhanced security with board resources**

This update allows you to you:

-   Reduce clutter by showing only **relevant resources**
-   Restrict resource visibility for guest users to **enhance security**

### **Where to configure board resources?**

-   Resources can be set during board creation (via an added step in the wizard)

-   or later by board admins in settings:

#### **How to Manage Board Resources**

Each resource category includes predefined types created by administrators. Board members are always included by default; additionally, you can add resource types. For example, a dispatch board may include **Dispatchers** and **Officers**, along with the appropriate equipment and location types, ensuring SOC operators can assign the right resources.

You can also create **custom groups** to define more detailed criteria for selected resources.
