Manage Board Resources in Operations Center

In Operations Center, resources are crucial elements that support your work, and can be assigned to cards on different boards. To make it easier for board admins to assign and manage resources on a board level, the Board Resources feature comes into play. This feature provides the ability customize the resources available on each boards.

 

 

How to Manage Board Resources

 

1. Access Board Resources Settings

 

2. Open board resources tab

 

 

3. Add resource types available or create custom groups

Each resource category includes predefined types created by administrators. Board members are always included by default; additionally, you can add resource types. For example, a dispatch board may include Dispatchers and Officers, along with the appropriate equipment and location types, ensuring SOC operators can assign the right resources.

 

You can also create custom groups to define more detailed criteria for selected resources.
