Estimated Reading Time: 5 minutes

The Recurring Cards feature simplifies the management of routine tasks and projects by automating their creation. Whether it's weekly reports, monthly maintenance, or any task that happens on a regular schedule, recurring cards save time and ensure consistency.

Create a recurring card from calendar view

Click the + Create button at the top right. In the popup, click on the Recurrency field.

Next, select the start date for the recurring card, choose a pattern (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly), and set the time. Then, specify the end date until which the card should be repeatedly created. If no end date is set, the card will continue to be created indefinitely based on the chosen pattern.

Edit, archive, remove recurring cards

Editing a recurrence allows board admins to modify the pattern and other details on the card. Everything from the title and description to fields like the due date and recurrence settings can be adjusted. Additionally, recurring cards can be archived or removed inside this tab.

Unarchive and restore a recurring card

To view and modify an archived or removed recurrence, click More Filters, access the Active State filter, and check the box for Archived and/or Removed. This will display all archived or removed recurring cards, allowing you to unarchive or restore them as needed.
