  • Can I purchase a multi-year subscription?  

No. Licensing is renewed every 12 months.

 

 

  • How do I know when a customer’s subscription has an upcoming renewal?

Billing will be directed to our channel partners. For questions about invoicing, contact our Subscriptions team.

 

 

  • How and when am I invoiced for my customers’ subscriptions?

You’ll be invoiced on the anniversary date of the subscription activation and will be provided with pre-warning notifications of an upcoming payment due date with a statement. Quotes can be provided to customers that require traditional quotes and purchase orders to comply with their procurement processes. If a quote is required, contact your Channel Sales team.

 

 

  • Are additional user licenses prorated? 

No. Operations Center subscriptions do not require additional purchases during the subscription service per our fair use policy.
