In Operations Center, you’ll come across two key tools for working with data: dashboards and reports. They work together, but they’re designed for different purposes.

Dashboards

Dashboards give you the big picture. They’re your overview screen – perfect for spotting trends, tracking KPIs, or quickly checking system health.

Reports

Reports give you the details. They drill into the data behind the dashboard so you can filter, analyze, and export information when you need specifics.

Put simply:
👉 Dashboards = Overview. 

👉 Reports = Details.

 

 

In this course, we’ll focus on reports. By the end, you’ll know how to:

  • Apply filters to get the exact data you need
  • Format and organize your report for clarity
  • Export and share your report with others
