Operations Center system architecture

Operation Center was designed to be highly-scalable which ensure the highest level of data integrity. In order to achieve this, the choice was made to apply the event sourcing pattern to any entity in the system for full traceability. At the same time, to ensure trust in the data, event streams are stored in blockchains.
These design principles of Operations Center are important to understand when interacting with the OC Core API as it directly exposes the system architecture.
At a later stage, The OC Automate API will give limited, but simplified access to Operations Center, hiding the underlying architecture.
