Exploring Predefined Reports

Before you start building your own reports, it helps to know what’s already available to you.

In Operations Center, we provide every tenant with a basic report template. This predefined report is ready-to-use and give you a detailed view of everything that happened inside a board during a selected time period.

Why this matters:

📋 Clarity – The report shows all activity in one place, with record-level detail.

Time-saving – You don’t need to build from scratch; a starter template is already created for each board.

🔧 Customizable – You can export the template, adjust it, and re-import it into your own tenant if you need something more specific.

You can export this report in multiple formats including PDF, Image, CSV, DOCX, and more to share or analyze outside of Operations Center.

👉 Your first step in this chapter will be to open one of these predefined reports. This gives you a feel for how reports look, what information they contain, and what export formats are available. From there, you’ll be ready to start creating and customizing your own.

 

 

1. Open a board

Open your board in Operations Center and use the sidebar to navigate to the reports tab. Select the reporting period and submit.

 

2. Export report

After submitting the report period, you can view and export it in various formats. Use the export option at the top and select your desired format.
