The plugin is currently supported on Security Center version 5.10+. It needs to be installed on the server and on every system where Security Desk is expected to use the plugin.
The database requirements are below a megabyte
The plugin requires an internet connection at the server, and on systems where it is configured on. SecurityDesk clients only need a connection to the main server. Following URLs need to be reachable from machines that require internet: https://login.genetec.com/
https://login.microsoftonline.com
https://api.global.ops.center/clusters.json
Depending on the selected region:
🇨🇦 Canada: https://api.ca-canada.ops.center/
🇺🇸 US-East: https://api.us-east.ops.center/
