Operations Center set out to help organizations efficiently manage what work and make sure the best qualified people using the right tools at the right place and time do them, in order to maximize work done, and minimize waiting time.
In order to achieve this, Operations Center is built on the Kanban methodology, which can be found through out the system design.
If you’re familiar with Kanban, you’ll feel right at home. For those new to Kanban, we recommend exploring its principles to understand why this method is considered the future of work management.

1. Boards

You'll see all the boards you have access to—whether they’re boards you’ve created yourself or ones shared with you by your team.
Each system can host an unlimited number of boards, enabling teams to address diverse workflows and foster seamless collaboration across different projects and departments..
2. Cards
Cards represent individual tasks, projects, or pieces of work and move through the stages defined by columns and are tracked throughout their lifecycle. They contain all relevant information such as due dates, descriptions, and updates.
