Stay ahead without the constant follow-up. With Schedule Cards, you can plan work in advance and trust it will show up right when it’s needed.
Whether it’s routine checks, recurring processes, or upcoming actions, your board stays ready and up to date, without manual effort.
Flexible Scheduling Options
Users can schedule cards from the toolbar using the Schedule Card option. A setup window allows selection of the date, time, and recurrence settings.
Two scheduling types are available:
- Create once:
Schedule a card to be created a single time at a specific date and time. - Recurring:
Automatically create cards on a repeating schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).- Optional end date
- If no end date is set, the schedule continues indefinitely
Permissions
Scheduling capabilities depend on board permissions:
- Board admins:
Can create one-time and recurring scheduled cards - Board members:
Can create one-time scheduled cards only
Visibility & Management
Scheduled cards are available in List View, organized into two tabs:
- Scheduled Cards tab:
Shows one-time scheduled cards that will be created in the future- Cards are removed from this view once created
- Recurring Cards tab:
Shows cards configured with a recurring schedule
These views provide clear visibility into upcoming automated card creation.
